The gay christian movement continues to devise not so clever but yet “scholarly” sounding ways of demanding that the church bury the Bible once and for all. The reason is clear. The scriptures remain the only unshifting witness against their sin. Its not a stretch of the imagination for us to say that the gcm will spearhead a legal challenge to ban use of the Bible altogether.
If you think that to be far fetched, consider what Dale Martin, (pictured) a homosexual christian professor at Yale said to an audience regarding the Bible and sex. In his speech entitled “A Gay, Male, Christian, Sexual Ethic.” Martin called on christians of his genre to abandon a “Bible says so approach” when determining whether one’s sexual practices are right or wrong. In other words, a “christian” is telling other “christians” that the Bible is no longer an authority in the lives of those who claim the name of Christ.
Instead, Martin offers a broader, less restrictive alternative. Sex, he says, should be likened to food.
Taking the Christian imperative of love of neighbor and self as the primary ethical framework, Martin suggested Christians look at sex as analogous to other human activities, like friendship, eating, and play. Just as the amount of intimacy in a friendship, the amount of food one eats, or the rules of playing fair may change from situation to situation, Martin suggested the ethics of sex must also be situationally adjusted. Central to this idea is the understanding that sex may mean different things for different people, whether people consider themselves heterosexual, bisexual, gay, lesbian, male, female, or transgender. “Sex is good and ethical when appropriate to the relationship,” Martin said.
Life imitating sin. That’s what it is, just like the scripture says. We should not be moved nor seduced by man’s foolish philosophy. The reason: exactly because the Bible says so:
“For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles.
Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen (Romans 1:21-25)
We have documented over and over on this blog, the gay christian movement’s complete hatred for the scriptures. The wanton and evil nature of the movement has nothing to do with Christ, but instead serves the god of its belly. We appeal strongly to those who read this blog, do not be deceived by tactics of so-called kindness, meal sharing and dialogue. Their real intentions are to utterly destroy the faith once delivered to the saints. It would be foolish of any person who believes the scripture to think that the religious veneer of this demonic movement wants to love or obey the Lord Jesus.
The speech was the first in a series given in the spirit of John Boswell, the homosexual theologian credited for inventing contemporary gay christian ideology. Martin delivered the speech at the Center for Lesbian and Gay Studies in Religion and Ministry (CLGS) at the Pacific School of Religion. Bishop Yvette Flunder is an alum.
The handwriting is on the wall church…and in this blog. Take time to read and renew your commitment to upholding the truth of God’s word.
