Juanita Bynum praises homosexual ordination

bynumFalse prophetess Juanita Bynum has sniffed out a lucrative new money field. The gay church.

First, let’s recap the trail of this false teacher.

After years of  spiritually raping and pillaging women (and their purses) across the country with her vile doctrines and false platitudes of “no more sheets”, Bynum’s  junket fell apart when she alleged her husband physically attacked her in the parking lot of an Atlanta hotel.  God exposed the both of them to world as opportunistic money whores. Another seriously devastating byproduct of Bynum’s false teachings was a trail of emasculated men.

Notwithstanding, I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, who calleth herself a prophetess,to teach and to seduce My servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols. Rev 2:20

A bizarre publicity battle erupted between her and Thomas Weeks resulting in massive losses in money for Bynum who had previously commanded top dollar for her appearances disguised as “prayer meetings.”  In yet another bizarre scheme to reinvent herself before people could recover from the shock of her lies, Bynum held an $200-a-head birthday party in Atlanta where she wore a dress with dead relatives on it while renaming herself Juanita Bynum, II. Later, Bynum dropped the prophetess scam and re-emerged as a “actress” and “empowerment lecturer”.

Now, the saga continues. The lying false prophetess has found a home among other liars.

In the video, she praises the homosexual church for…you guessed it…giving her money and paying her bills. For the right price, Bynum has proven she will cavort with the devil himself.

The price for receiving a false prophet is a curse from God

Don’t think this is just about Bynum manipulating yet another crowd of blinded people. The gay church (ironically named “Vision Church”) which has welcomed Bynum and her bag of religious lies has also received a curse from God for their rejection of the truth.

Ahab, Isreal’s wicked leader with an effeminate nature demanded that God’s true prophet lie like the 400 false prophets who all told him the Lord was with him and he would be victorious (vss 6-18)

And Micaiah said, “Hear thou therefore the word of the LORD: I saw the LORD sitting on His throne, and all the host of heaven standing by Him on His right hand and on His left.

And the LORD said, `Who shall persuade Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramothgilead?’ And one said in this manner, and another said in that manner. And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the LORD and said, `I will persuade him.’

And the LORD said unto him, `Wherewith?’ And he said, `Iwill go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’ And He said, `Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also. Go forth, and do so.’ 2 kings 2:19-22

In response the Michiah told Ahab what he saw transpire in heaven.

Thus, receiving a false prophet, reveals two things: (1) you have rejected God’s truth and have no desire to hear truth (2) as a consequence of unbelief and rebellion, a trap door is opened and God sends a strong delusion upon you to prevent you from recognizing truth when it is presented.  In Romans 1, the bible describes this as “the wrath of God” not favor or blessings nor is the presence of the Lord in their midst. They have been abandoned by God to dishonor themselves until they reach ultimate destruction which the bible declares they deserve.

As Abraham did, let us beseech God for mercy.

  1. Her words make it utterly clear – "You saved my life, things that I have worked 25 years to build. You wouldn't let them take my cars…" blah blah blah "I just love you"

and the children of satan say "amen"!

  2. Gotta love it – the False Profitess never ceases to disappoint…her minions, that is.

These vipers have no choice but to follow the money, no matter where it leads. That's the only thing that satisfies their bloodlust.

  3. As much as some of these people talk about the holy spirit this and the holy spirit that…where was the voice of the holy spirit when you were asked to attend this engagement, that would have forbidden you to go…is there any discernment in the house?

Furthermore, I remember my pastor talk about how in the past he has received money from people outside the church and because the Lord revealed to him that it was from witches, drugdealers, gamblers–he had to return their money; regardless of how much he needed it. Does anyone have the backbone these days to draw some bold lines against sin even if it means at the expense of wordly gain–her cars, houses, or whatever she was takling about…

  4. Rogers, I think JB is well past the capacity or integrity to do such a godly thing. As I said she sniffed this new money well out. The gay church has deep pockets and she will be able to use her noteriety to milk them for another 3-5 years before they realize they are just $$$ signs to her.

  5. So they wouldnt let them repo her cars, HA HA HA, I wish I could post a video of myself laughing, what rubbish! CAR"S", not one! so many cant even afford a bike and she is crying about her cars, geez, the Apostle Paul would make tents for a living and He wrote that he is content in whatever situation! Dont give the cars back since you cant afford them, ldont live in a smaller house but take money from the devil! Satan told Jesus if you bow before me I will give you this city! LORD HAVE MERCY!!!!
Pastor Foster, you just dont know how much I thank God for this site, most Christians think everything in all good and have idea of the heresy that is going on and the onslaught of the Body of Christ! We dont have to fear though because our Saviour said "The gates of hell shall not prevail against the Church!"

  6. Wow. Daryl Coley, and now Juanita Bynum? Makes you wonder who's the next big name that's going to fall to this deception.

Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils.” —1 Timothy 4:1

But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
    2Ti 3:13

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. – 2Ti 4:3,4

Truly, scripture is being fulfilled right before our eyes.

  7. ST, Im having some comment issues that I havent quite resolved yet. Thanks guys so much for your patience. I even got the "admin deleted" response a couple of times. puzzling.

  8. Something is wrong there. A brand new comment deleted by the admin? Amessage I sent yesterday still waiting to be approved…help

GCMW: Elder Jimmy, please email me at gcmwatch@yahoo.com. Thanks! Also please try to repost your previous comment as it did not show up in any blog ques.

  9. Testing 1-2-3…..Is this mic on?

WOW. I didn't hear about Daryl Coley. What happened with him? Does anyone have or can provide me the link refering to Daryl Coley? Thanks.

  10. Hey pastor!
UNBELIEVABLE ! yet BELIEVABLE!!! I actually went and watched more of this so-called "ordination" to see what was going on at that service……and the "pastor" breaks out in a tongue at one point (and I PROMISE you, it felt like my spirit just CRINGED!! Now i don't have a problem with PROPER use of public tongues/gifts but i guess knowing the spirit that is operating in that church, something heavy just washed over when he started blabbering (thought i was gonna be physically sick for a minute listening to that! and that's NEVER happened to me!) SCARY!

  11. wbr, you said it. I watched all of them too. there are two of Lucresia singing to the homosexual pastor Clyde Allen like she was serenading him. If she didnt know this was a homosexual church, she's like a blind bojangles. I feel very sorry for those who are deceived. They have all the pentecostalism down shouting, dancing, tongues, look, etc. But if I remember God said "be holy for I am holy" not "be pentecostal for I am pentecostal". You can be pentecostal and sexually immoral but not holy and sexually immoral.

    sackclothes and ashes:::

  12. Sorry but this was funny………………"Blind Bojangles"…………………this had me lol……………!!Serious comment when I finish laughing…

  13. Frederick, I was referring to a previous article here a few days ago which told us that Daryl Coley had appeared as a special guest at this group's recent "(un)Holy Convocation". I was really disappointed in him for that. But now to see that Juanita Bynum has also decided to embrace these deceived people and their movement, it's very sad. I really thought she had a bit more discernment in her. I see I was wrong.

That original article is at this link: http://www.gcmwatch.com/2681/lecresia-campbell-da

  14. I just went on this "Church's" site, oh boy! I read the same stupid statment that Jesus didnt talk about homosexuality, transgenderism and all of that rubbish! Now where people transgender people in the time of Christ? where people trying to have sex changes?
So Jesus didnt mention this, huh? Well I dont remember reading about Child molestation either? Jesus never mentioned ponography either, did he mention drug abuse – is it ok for me to smoke crack?
Jesus did say Matt 15:19For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander.
So these people only live out of the gospels so why are they Quoting II Corinthians as the word for the day? Jesus didnt say that!

  15. The Apostle Paul wrote Gal.5:19Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, "and such like": of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

  16. All they are stating is inclusion and acceptance but not repentance and deliverance. Yes Jesus accepts all but
Rms 8:10And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. 11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. 12Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.
13For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
Do these people read these scriptures? I am in shock that these people woul embrace such slackness!
Let us be strong in The Lord and in the power of His might!

  17. Paul they use kindergarten theology. Whats really shocking is that people continue to accept such gutter level ideology because we should "love everybody". To that I would say In those days there was no king in Israel: every man did that which was right in his own eyes. Judges 21:25

Other than their flesh, "vision" Church has no King, there is no God in their midst so they do whatever they feel is right in their own eyes. Jesus called that self righteousness.

  18. The QUESTION FACING ALL OF US, Who will stand on the LORD's side?
What is wrong with our people, especially in the predominately African-American churches?
Pastor Foster and Saints, did you ever imagine a day where the majority of our women sound like, preach like men and the men sing, dance, praise and worship like women? Do you all remember the Superman cartoons with the anti-superman, Bizarro world indeed!

This scripture speaks to this type of people in Vision Church and every other enabler in the "Gay" Anti-Christian Movement. I REFUSE to call them Christian! Jeremiah 19:5 KJV
    (5) They have built also the high places of Baal, to burn their sons with fire for burnt offerings unto Baal, which I commanded not, nor spake it, neither came it into my mind:

They are worshipping at the altar of Baal, and the sons(male and female) in these congregations are anointed with STRANGE FIRE….which GOD commanded not, nor spake, nor did this type of "ministry EVER came into HIS mind!

  19. G Craige Lewis says in many of his videos that our GOD demands an holy sacrifice and Satan being the ultimate copy-cat but the furtherest extreme opposite of GOD because he is antigod, Satan demands a sacrifice from his ministers too. People laugh when watching vampire movies and think that stuff is make believe, but if the LORD does not put a stop to this evil in the USA, the day is coming that we will see humans drinking each others blood in this country OPENLY! A fallen soul is liable to do anything!

P.S. Pastor Foster, I'm trying to keep it short(LOL)! You and your lovely family have a blessed holiday weekend!

  20. "False prophetess Juanita Bynum has sniffed out a lucrative new money field. The gay church."

This sums up JB entire character. I have warned people for years about this Jezebel spirited female. I warned that she would soon began to manipulate women minds against men, because she know that women will listen and follow her lead. This is her stepping stone,,, just wait and see.
I have observed that most female preachers (or whatever ! ) are bullies, mannish, and eventually they turn themselves into undercover lesbians. I have witnessed these things with my own eyes.

  21. EW, THAT really is the question: who is on the LORDS side? There only one right side and that's his side. I agree with you pentecostalism has in some ways effeminized the church or maybe the church has effeminized pentecostalism. Ive seen too many men aping their favorite female gospel industry worker, just like the gay men in the club acting like their favorite drag queen. Surely the Lord is not pleased with the perversion in his house.

Jesus: my house shall be called a house of prayer, but you have made it into a den of thieves.

Somebody is stealing the glory of God and sitting up in his house comfortable doing it.

  22. Elder Foster,

Great article and good looking out for the body of Christ. This sister has a mental issue it's plain and simple. Then there's the thousands that get "spiritual insight" from here regularly. Just think of all the people that she could lead to hell. That is sad, sad, sad!

    Lord help us! Please…

  23. GCMW, whenever I seen negative posts about Juanita Bynum, I would just shake my head & say to myself, "well, they may have a point, but I still love how she preaches, etc." This video I have just seen on this site has officially woke me up. I refuse to support and admire someone who condones sin so blatantly & causes others to fall too (other Bynumites like I used to be). I feel so bad that she choose this path. She no longer has my unwavering support, but she will always be in my prayers. It is still day so she can still be the workman God called her to be.

  24. bible1, I don’t know how Bynum’s life will go from here. This is another layer of sin she is piling on top of what she has already done. In my opinion she seems oblivious to the reality of what she has/is doing. I do know that pride goes before destruction and a haughty spirit before a fall. God brought low the great Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar, causing him to eat grass like a wild animal until he acknowledged who God was.

Things have changed somewhat since Christ came and the Holy Spirit was endowed. God crushes some and others he allows to recover from their sins if they repent and turn. Ultimately it is in his hands as he will have mercy on whom he will.

The best we can do (as Abraham did) is ask God for mercy and warn others not to participate or support these people in their open rebellion to God.

  25. I think I had an "Apostate moment" and erred from using my online name but typed my full name instead……….(should I give my autobiuography now?)

Thanks for the link and the video, Pastor and Observer !!!!

  26. I am in total shock and amazement. At this point it is hilarious. How did she get here? I mean, for a minute, she was actually talking about stuff early in ministry. But somehow, it digressed into name it/claim it stuff and it seems as though she was living a double life. This is just silly now.

  27. I see where she has enlisted Zachary Tims ex-wife Riva Tims for one of her events. I hope and pray that Riva Tims doesn't get caught up in this mannish movement and sees Juanita for what she really is and leaves this mess alone. These woman want to be men, because real women don't want to act like men. Let us all pray for and cover Michael Jackson's children in prayer that they grow up to serve and work for God in Heaven. We can do that can we not. They need our prayers and our coverings now more than ever, because they are going to be scrutinized for the rest of their life. God wants them for himself, so let us cover them even though we don't know them in Jesus name, Amen

GCMW: Nan, I feel so sorry for Riva Tims. She is caught up in an ungodly system and probably doesnt know how to step away from it so God can truly use her. So collaborating with witches like Bynum is inevitable.

  28. two other problems here, given her position as a spirtual leader:

    1. She brought a dog in the church.

    2. She says that you sometimes have to pull words out of your “special” box or your “cussing” box for some people.

When does it ever stop? It’s like a gift that just keeps on giving.

  29. @Rogers – yes that was a DOG in the church!

I am totally shocked and amazed at this foolishness – you have to really stretch, omit and rearrange scripture to believe even HALF of what these folks believe.

    Amos 3:6
6 Shall the trumpet be blown in a city, and the people not be afraid? shall evil befall a city, and Jehovah hath not done it?

  30. Shava,
Most female preachers are not mannish. THat is a generalization and a very dangerous stereotype.

  31. Elder Jimmy if Im not mistaken Shava said “from what she’s observed” most are… You cant ping her for her own observations if that’s what she’s seen. Just a note.

  32. From evangelist, to prophetess, to Doctor, to whatever she calls herself now. My God; even she doesn’t know what to call herself now.

    What is she now?!?!?!?!?

  33. Come on now, I’m not a fan of Juanita either, but I think ya’ll are being ridiculous and not listening clearly to the video clip. It seems like your carrying on with rants about her praising a gay church and that’s not what this video says. She’s clearly talking to a person named Elena in this clip. She’s not talking to the church. Let’s not be so anxious to prove a point that we bear false witness. We have to be careful not to get consumed in being the “sin police” that we begin to contort things to move our point further. Also, don’t forget if it wasn’t for the grace of God there goes you. Enclosing, the bible says a lot, one thing that I’m clear it says is “You hypocrite! First remove the beam from your own eye, and then you will see clearly enough to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.” Matthew 7:5. Peace and Blessings Brothers and Sisters in Christ

  34. After reading most of these comments, I was troubled and concerned. I was troubles because there is nothing positive coming out of the mouths of these comments. All I see is marginilization of Gods people! If this is what Christianity is about then I chose different. A friend told me to come to this web-site because it speaks the truth. Well all I see here is cruelty and slackness of individuals when you ought to be home praying and doing something good other than watching other people. There is a song that most people teach their kids and it goes like this “Jesus loves the little children of the world, red, yellow, black, or white, they are precious in HIS sight.” If someone that is different from you is precious in Gods sight when you need to be concerned that you are also precious in Gods sight and worry about how you can make it in to heaven.

    A concerned person!

  35. TVOL, dont be troubled by comments, be troubled by the trail of wickedness left by Juanita Bynum. You can choose whatever you like, it doesnt change the fact that wrong is wrong. You coming here to criticize proves that you have a lot to learn about satan and his devices. Thanks for dropping by.

  36. TVOL, are you not concerned that she is standing in a gay church in the first place… obviously she did not go there to preach that homosexuality is sin and change is possible through Jesus….

I am troubled by your comments that will keep you blind and deceived.

  37. ACE, the church is no place to be a “fan” of anyone. But, here’s a little context for you. The service was for the ordination of homosexual ministers. Her presence there affirmed what they were doing, just like the headline said. In the video, Bynum says because of her father’s support for them (the gay church), there is no way she could “not be there”. She does talk to “Alana” [Elder Alana Thompson who is Director of Ministerial Leadership at the church] a lesbian minister. Unless Im mistaken, praising a lesbian minister who invited Bynum to the event, as well as bringing her entire staff and dog, indicates praise and approval for the event. A person’s presence is generally understood to be approval unless they specifically say otherwise. No one attends an event you patently disapprove of. You said she wasnt talking to the church. Not true. She talks first to the pastor, and says “the Spirit of the Lord told her she couldnt stay” [at the previous event in NJ] because she had to be at a homosexual church ordination. She says, “I wanted to say to everybody in this place“. Then she directs her comments towards the woman. Would the Holy Ghost tell you to go a blasphemous homosexual ordination service? If he wouldnt, then are you going to accuse Bynum of lying on the Holy Ghost?

Bynum even tells the lesbian minister they have the same “daddy” which I suppose she means is God and “blesses” her. How can we bless a person in open rebellion to God? She could have easily done this privately without ever stepping foot in the church.

ACE, its apparent you were the one who didnt listen clearly to the video. Thats okay, its still there so you can listen again and correct your comments. You claimed that Bynum wasnt talking to the church, thus we are bearing false witness. Ive provided you with specific evidence to the contrary.

You also presented an oft repeated scripture generally used by folks who are afraid to tell people the truth about their sins. But please notice, Jesus said first remove the beam. “First” connotes priority, not silence. Don’t just use the first part of the scripture, use it all or leave it alone. I suggest that you do that before you take the time to accuse and criticize people for being obedient to the scripture and exposing the unfruitful works of darkness according to Eph 5:11.

    Nevertheless, thanks for your comments.

  38. “Bynum even tells the lesbian minister they have the same “daddy” which I suppose she means is God and “blesses” her. How can we bless a person in open rebellion to God? She could have easily done this privately without ever stepping foot in the church. ”

She was telling the truth about their father. She was speaking of the devil, not God Almighty – The Creator of heaven and earth.

Remember Jesus Christ telling a set of people that “You are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father you will do.”? Sounds hard, but remember, she said that they had the same father. She confessed it. What else does she have to do to prove to Christendom who or what she really is?
    and which ‘god’ she serves?

The last word goes to 2Cor 11 verses 13-15
For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel, for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

” And no wonder for even Satan is transformed into an angel of light

  39. gcmwatch (author), thank you for attempting to give a thought out response, however, I feel the response is filled with assumptions. I’m going to try to keep this short gcmwatch. In response to your comment “the church is no place to be a “fan” of anyone.” My brother this is a matter of semantics and opinion, I can be a fan of whoever I want whenever I want, I thank God that God didn’t give you the power to control that.

GCMW: If this is just a matter of semantics and opinion, why did you even post? You could have easily kept your opinion to yourself instead of calling people who post here “ridiculous”, “hypocritical”, “liars” and more as if you were the only one right. Now, faced with evidence to the contrary, your story changes to “semantics and opinion”. Sure.

Thanks for the attempt to give context, but, here’s a little context for you. I’m aware that the service was for the ordination of ministers, some who happen to be same gender loving.

GCMW: I see you like using the terminology they use to describe their sin which makes it appear less of the sexual abomination it is. More semantics?

My point was that she was not speaking to the church when she gave her endearing comments, she was speaking to Alana (thanks for the proper spelling of her name). My comments were directed to individuals who were misappropriating Juanita’s comments to the church and not to the individual whom she was speaking to.

GCMW: When you are refuting specific comments, its proper to cite the specific comment, so everyone knows exactly what you are talking about. You didnt do that, instead you condemned everyone as “liars, hypocrites and being ridiculous”.

To that end, it’s called bearing false witness. Even if you want to connect her presence as being affirming to the event, so be it, that doesn’t mean her comments were directed to the church, especially when she calls out the name of the person she’s talking to, Alana.

GCMW: If its just a matter of opinion as you stated, what makes your opinion true, and everyone else’s false witness? You said you were “not a fan” of Bynum, but so far youre defending her as if you were a fan. Maybe that’s just semantics too.

To your comment about Juanita saying her farther (she’s talking about her biological father who happens to be in the picture on the screen) supported “them,” I advise you listen to the clip yet another time and put in context her words. The “them” she’s talking about is Elder Alana and herself and not the church. My brother, I think you need to re-listen to the clip. For the record, I’m not challenging your perspective on her presence affirming the event, even though I don’t fully agree with your rationale, it’s your opinion.

Here is my response to a couple of your questions:

    1. Would the Holy Ghost tell you to go a blasphemous homosexual ordination service? If he wouldnt, then are you going to accuse Bynum of lying on the Holy Ghost?
To be honest with you, God through the Holy Spirit can do whatever God pleases. If Jesus can go to a wedding where wine is being served and increases the wine supply for them (that’s if you accept drinking is wrong), If Jesus can dine among prostitutes and tax collectors, if God can instruct Hosea to marry an active prostitute (Hosea chap 1-3), If God can use an ass to speak to a person certainly God can instruct a person to go to an ordination service, where some ordination candidates may have been Same gender loving. Keep in mind, God is sovereign and we as humans know in part and we see in part. You may never fully know what God is doing.

GCMW: Juanita Bynum is not Jesus or the Holy Ghost. That’s a very bad analogy. Secondly, its very convenient to play the “we dont know card” in these instances as if there is nothing in scripture which guides us on our conduct. Try reading 1 Cor 5. You err in your parallels. Just because God uses a human or animal has never indicated right relationship with God. Case in point, when God finished using the donkey to speak, the donkey went back to being the jackass he was. Such people who think that because God “uses” them, their in good will have a rude response from Christ when they face him: “I never knew you”.

    2. How can we bless a person in open rebellion to God?
Romans 12:14 says, “Bless those who persecute you, bless don’t curse.” I am very much aware that this is not directly talking about the same situation, however, indirectly it speaks to the same principle. Instead of cursing, bless those who are “openly rebellion against God (this is the language you used)” or those who we feel (emotion based) we should be cursing.

GCMW: This isnt applicable to the question. The gay church wasnt persecuting Bynum. Only a false prophet would attempt to bless something God has cursed (and vice versa) and then use scripture to justify it. Case in point Balaam. Numbers 22.

    Lastly, to your comment
“But please notice, Jesus said first remove the beam. “First” connotes priority, not silence. Don’t just use the first part of the scripture, use it all or leave it alone.
Ok, I believe we both can agree that this pericope in Luke 6:42 has deeper meaning intended to be gleamed from the passage. I believe the deeper meaning in this parable is centered around a person recognizing their own fragilities and limitations. Yes, it does says “First” which suggest that there is a step that should be taken by the one attempting to correct before they take action to correct. Even after the person removes the log from their eye it implies that the person should walk humbly (keeping in mind their own “sins”) as they approach their brother (*note, despite either persons “ sin” the parable still links them as family, not the “other” or “them” as you refer to our same gender loving brothers through out your response) to correct them, because it just might be that their “sin(s)” offend God more so than the person they are setting out to correct. In other words, don’t become the great “sin police” and point fingers arrogantly and judgingly at others without recognizing that fingers could and in many cases should be pointed at you. All in all, let us seek to become “Love Police” instead of “Sin Police”, this would be more in line with the message of Jesus presented in the Synoptic Gospel.

GCMW: Nice motivational speech. Youre revealing your true colors. From what Ive read here, you seem sympathetic to those who are promoting this false doctrine of homosexual inclusion despite your “Im not a fan protest”. So you arrange your ideology to accommodate your belief. Jesus’ message is not an either/or, its both. If fact, the message of the Kingdom is “repent”. Matthew 3:2 The Love of God’s standards compel us to speak the truth and truth shows us the error of our ways when they conflict with God’s ways. Just for the record would you state your beliefs on homosexuality?

  40. I find it very unusual that people love to quote the “even Jesus ate with the pharisees and hung out with the hookers” as justification for making compromises with the world.

People need to recognize that Jesus had a specific purpose in many of these meetings–when he went to the publican’s Zaccheus house, his sole purpose was to win Zaccheus to the kingdom (which he achieved) and not be his buddy or tell him how off-the-chain he was as a person (as we witness in this video)…I think her actions are questionable in this video as in so many instances in which people say their doing only what Jesus is doing to witness with the prostitutes and publicans, because there are too many conflicting interests in the pot… Jesus had no worldly desires in him that would make for some deadly mix when he went out to the world…

Furthermore, one scripture that comes to mind is that we are to walk circumspectly so that “even our good works are not evil spoken of”…even if Juanita was just trying to be kind as some people suggest here, she exercised poor judgment on her part in coming to this event/church; as christians, especially as christian leaders, we are responsible for what this walk looks like. What it looks like to God, the church, as well as the world. In case you didn’t know, this is what we all signed up for when we decided we were going to do the Jesus thing.

  41. ACE THANK YOU!! But first, thank you GCMWatch for posting such clear and thought-provoking views opposite of yours on your website. It helps me gain perspective. I welcome your response as well. And thanks again ACE! Standing up for what you believe against people who “appear” to hate you, or hate who we believe we are, or actually hate that we are promoting LOVE and ACCEPTANCE toward people who will ultimately be condemned by God can be an extremely difficult task. However, they don’t hate us at all. But something about gays and lesbians believing in the same God and doing the same God’s will on earth, and making it to the same God-created Heaven just drives them mad. I know I’m not the only “churched” gay person who reads this post, albeit sparingly. In fact if it weren’t for the healthy debate each side deems as the other’s “ignorant views” GCM wouldn’t get half the viewers it does. However, this is their forum and we must respect it for what its intention is. And I quote:
“[GCM Watch seeks to facilitate balanced discussion regarding the “gay christian movement” and enlighten the broader Christian constituency through research, documentation and examination of movement’s various adherents and their beliefs in contrast to traditional Christian doctrine.]”
Funny, they use a little “c” for gay christian movement. When what really seems little is the level of love, education, and awareness of the writers, including those on my side.
However, your last post really made me wonder…and we know we shouldn’t assume anything, but I’d imagine that Rev Foster’s beliefs on homosexuality is that he has been redeemed from his homosexual FIRST thoughts and is much happier and at peace knowing he’s doing God’s will and what is necessary to enter the kingdom of Heaven…or something along those lines…and if that is true than God can do the same for me and many others when we muster up the same amount of faith and grace.

Its no mystery that certain highly educated people have a different interpretation and understanding of God’s word for the present day. Not just smart gay people. Cornel West, Professor of Religion at Princeton; Michael Eric Dyson, Professor of Sociology at Georgetown University; my pastors, Drs. Dennis & Christine Wiley, Covenant Baptist Church; all of whom I’ve been amazed to hear speak and realize their Christian interpretation of God’s love is not based on wanting to be included in God’s chosen but to include others who’ve been cast aside.

I really do appreciate GCMWatch’s enlightenment through research, documentation and education of gay Christians and anyone who may DARE affirm them…because it actually shows me ONE more person willing to stand up for us, help us to come out of the darkness and into the marvelous light. That same marvelous light that many straight people, who at one point were just as broken, hurt, confused, and bewildered as their gay fellow Christians have come to know. From darkness to a beautiful message of love, repentance, denial of self and a following of Christ thus becoming enabled to do God’s will. I remain baffled by the fact some people can not simply learn to look at gay Christians, and their religious peers, supporters, and leaders as fellow Christians with a different interpretation of Christianity. Like the Baptists and the Catholics, the Mennonites and the Orthodox, the Seventh Day Adventists and the Jews for Jesus, the Methodists and Episcopalians and the African Methodist Episcopal and AME Zions, all the many versions of Pentecostal Holiness to the Non-Denominational, the store-fronts to the mega-churches, and so on…each with unique doctrine and theologies…who all believe they are right. Why can’t we all just get along?

I’m no bible thumper but I do recall something about shaking the dust off your heels…no pun intended…but we all have our view on who’s side is closer to God’s desire and I believe before Christ returns we will all the have same view! Call me crazy. We’ll just have to get to heaven and see.

    Yours in Christ,

    MarkV

  42. Thank you Mark for your comments and checking in on this site in your spare time. Whether I agree or not with your or anyone else’s comments (whether pro or con) is not important in the scheme of things, but whether they are in congruence with God’s word. That is the measuring stick for all beliefs and practices of those who call themselves by the Lord’s name.

I will say the lower casing of “gay christian” is intentional to show that we do not believe this is a biblically legitimate expression of our faith. It has nothing to do with the person but rather their false beliefs.

  43. GMC: What is GOD telling you about this mess (homosexuality) in the church? Has he spoken of Judgement to come for this mess?

  44. So I listened to the clip. This is ridiculous. You can really appreciate and love someone all you want, but if that person is in sin, no amount of gratitude or sentimental words ( We have the same father) will change anything. No amount of good works on her part changes the fact that Alana is going to hell unless she repents. She can be ordained all day long. We must remember that when we say we are following Christ, we are leaving our old selves behind. He changes us into a new creation. Will there be struggles? Sure, because the old man does not want to die. But God knows that, and He still says be holy. We are to keep ourselves unspotted from the world. There will be NO homosexuals in heaven. None, not a one. Zilch.
And to clear up this ridiculous notion, Jesus is NOT inclusive. God does NOT accept you the way you are. If He did, then Jesus wouldn’t have had to die to atone for our sins. What He wants is for us to come to Him so He can CHANGE us, to make us into what He wants us to be. Now that’s change I can believe in.
And for the record, this change will not be contrary to the word of God. Juanita has changed into something…contrary.

  45. Camille:

What church do you attend..I understand believing that there will be No homos in heaven…but how do you really know? Believe. Know. Are they the same? Fellow bloggers hasn’t much “change” already happened contrary to the word. The bible is full of examples. Does God really not accept? And if I think homo thoughts, pray they leave, but they don’t, haven’t I done them, or does that biblical example not count?

  46. I will assume that you are not really interested in what church I attend, correct me if I am wrong. There was no mention in my earlier post about believing there will be none… The statement was there will be no homosexuals in heaven. None , not a one. Zilch. The change that I was referring to was the change that comes when God changes you into a new creation. This change is not contrary to the word of God. No, God does not accept.
Now, are you really thinking homo thoughts? Do you want to be changed? Or have you given up? Or are these rhetorical questions?

  47. MarkV,
I responded to your questions, and then I read your earlier post in its entirety.
Are you struggling at all with homosexuality or have you embraced it?

  48. Camille, absolutely. These folks are disengenous at best. They have intentionally changed definitions to justify their sin. God accepts us ONLY because we need Jesus to cleanse us from our sin. Mt 11:29 Gay inclusion theology says that God accepts them simply because they “DESERVE” a seat at the so-called table. What arrogance.

  49. Camille & GCMauthor – Actually I was asking whether you believed in your heart/mind or if you knew from your experience that there are none. I haven’t jumped into a fire to experience it, yet I believe it would burn. I used to fast and pray and have hands laid and everything from 13 to 23 believing that God would change me. Now I pray that he will change you. Your hearts seem very cold for people so full of the spirit. Or full of 100% accurate interpretation of God’s word.

Camille is a woman’s name, do you keep your head covered and sit in the back of church? I asked what church because many churches still revere women as unequal, so if u went to one like it, then i could understand. Slaves are property – change, African Americans have gone from slavery to 3/5 of a human to President. Leviticus would have condemned. Don’t eat pork or sea scavengers. More change. And lets not talk about how many gluttonous preachers, organists, singers, church secretaries, mothers, bishops exist. I’m sure you can name 10 off the top of your head. My last point was if I am guilty for all my sins by thought, word and deed..then am i only accountable for the deeds? I’m not saying you’re wrong, I just wonder what makes you so right. What makes this your passion? Do you feel as strongly that every “abomination” is just as disingenious in seeking a seat at the table? No one “deserves” anything….but by grace are you saved through faith..so I’m not here to win an arguement with people who clearly have a more accurate understanding than me.

But I do enjoy seeing both sides of the argument. And to concretely answer your question: Yes. I still struggle with it, and probably will for the rest of my life. But I have no more reason to believe or doubt your “understanding” as presented here than I do my own. However, my own allows me to at least experience peace within my spirit while on earth. Its better to have enjoyed life and burn in hell than to go through life trying to please God (and man) only to only burn in hell anyway, especially since it was already determined which one my outcome will be. If I’m already saved by grace and it goes against your understanding of God’s word would my salvation be an error on God or your interpretation?

GCMW: Mark, if youre posting long comments, which is fine, try to break up the text every so often. It makes easier reading for others.

  50. Mark, we’ve already covered all the shellfish nonsense so let’s not get into that. Its on the blog, look it up if you care to read it.

I didnt have any hands laid on me, let alone 13 to 23, to be delivered from homosexuality. Didnt go on a protracted fast and pray binge so that God would change me from being a homosexual. We covered that here too, if you care to read.

I just asked God to forgive me for my sins and he did. After that, I began walking in journey of the newness of life: denying myself ,believing God and laying aside the weight and the sin that does so easily beset us. Just like any other sinner who comes to Christ.

He didnt require anything differently because I struggled with homosexuality, he requires holiness and submitted, sacrificial living.

You may have been led astray and because of that live in deception. Repent and ask God to forgive you of all your sins and to cleanse you from all unrighteousness.

There’s nothing hard or cold about telling people that repentance is God’s will for us. If we refuse that how can we claim to be “saved” or a child of God when we reject and rebel against what the FATHER has said? If you are saved by grace, then dont continue to be a part of a sin that God has saved you from.

Finally, God’s word, not this blog is our authority. Search the scriptures, not with your bias to prove yourself right, but to know God’s way.

  51. GCMWauthor: Thanks for the last it was great. But I was saying that from the age 13 to 23, 10 years…and I always believed that seeking holiness not just ‘straight’ness would resolve everything else…was even instructed (whether good or bad) to act as if I believe..but as you may have experienced as well..the thoughts never ceased.

GCMW: Sorry, my misreading of the “13-23”, I thought that was a lil strange but anyway… 🙂 Questions for you: does the Bible promise or indicate anywhere that a believer is gauranteed a cessation/eradication of wayward thoughts of any type? If not, why accept any sin for yourself in lieu of that? Sinful thoughts –no matter what they may be– are embedded in our “struggle with the flesh”. The Holy Spirit gives power over such thoughts but only so they do not dominate you (bondage). Consequently we are told what we should do in response to wrong thoughts/imaginations/false concepts and the likes in 2 Cor 10:3-5. Its a huge mistake to treat homosexual thoughts as a special case needing some special resolution.

How did you get through the thoughts? I would have rathered lived in a church service full of the “spirit” than have to face what felt like demons after my soul..nearly chanting a variety of scriptures believing and waiting on Jesus to intervene and loose my mind..

GCMW: You should get my book, where I explain –honestly, openly and with detail– what it was like for me coming out of 11 years of exclusive male relationships. Then if you have any critique, let me know. Its far too much to get into here.

many people have successfully killed themselves over this..its no wonder why i didnt die, i had purpose to fulfill..whether that purpose lines me up with your point of view or my own is the hardest decision i ever had to make.

GCMW: Successfully killed themselves? That doesnt sound right, but I guess I get the point. That’s a tragedy because they were mislead. I seriously considered the same myself so Im know what that’s like. You keep referencing “my point of view” and I keep telling you God’s perspective is what you should seek. Notice the difference.

where do u live? what happened to make you want to change? do you still seek forgiveness for your thoughts? Do you have thoughts? How many times if any have you slipped since denying your natural will?

GCMW: Not that I need to sell a book, but its all there.

it may be too personal but i recall another scrip/phrase we are overcometh by the testimonies of the saints or was that just COGIC talk that sounded good enough to actually be scripture? But if any of it can be answered or has been answered other places please direct me and anyone else who would benefit from knowing..i promise, last entry

GCMW: No, COGIC cant claim that. That’s in Rev 12:11. And its your own personal testimony [of deliverance] that is part of overcoming satan. Thanks for your earnest questions. Anyone who hungers and thirsts after righteousness, shall be filled. Not by the church, not by me but by the Lord himself.

  52. The word says that we are to take captive every imagination and reasoning that exalts itself against the knowledge of God and submit them to the obedience of Christ.
That’s the job of every christian; and only practice makes perfect. I personally don’t think homosexual thoughts are any different from any other sinful thoughts.
We were made and conceived in sin, thanks to Adam, so our minds are naturally opposed to God and are enemies of God.

How do we cast down imaginations? Well, here’s an example: last month, I had a thought about stabbing someone and few months earlier, putting witchcraft on someone (which I have never done in my life)…yep, I was shocked that my mind could even go there–pretty scary. But, interestingly, these were sins that I quickly renounced and recognized as not being me. That’s not God and that’s not who I am. It’s funny how those extreme sins, we don’t have a problem saying–“Hey, I’m not a murderer; that was just a thought. Let me stop that train whereever it is going. Lord I repent for whatever emotions or unforgiveness that are driving those thoughts.”
The trick is to now own these thoughts and discard them as they come. Identify the root and lay the axe to it, as john the baptist says. Identify what is the source feeding that…

    …and apply the word…
–it’s just good practice for all christians to actively engage in renewing the spirit of our mind with the word of God (spoken and written word) continually. I listen to scriptures all the time, in my car, at my house, and read the word…all of it is anointed and suited for reproof and correction; even if it means correction of our innate carnal, mental patterns.

  53. Thanks Rogers, very well said and sound. Many times those who struggle with homosexuality are led to believe there is some special circumstance or activity they must accomplish before they can be delivered. A woman told me once that homosexuals had to fast a minimum of 40 days just to be delivered because it was such a “strong demon” Not true.

God doesnt have special circimstances to get out of sin. Just ask God to forgive you, receive the Holy Ghost and begin your journey.

There are some specificities after salvation, but those are matters of discipleship, not deliverance.

  54. Lyn, the youtube owners took it down. You might want to ask them why they took it down. I do have my suspicions though.

  55. WHen something like Juanita Bynum apperantly supports the sin of homosexualty comes across the internet with a video truth to back it’s claim, It isn’t wise for Juanita or anyone else to remove this, especially if the truth will be heard/seen in the videos entirety, unless of course there is something to hide.
    GOD Bless

  56. Tammy Faye Baker also embraced the Homosexual community because she said they helped and accepted her after her husbands fall from grace. I watched her on a reality show she did not condone the lifestyle she just tried to show them that Jesus love could help them.

  57. I tried to warn people about Juanita Bynum after she started getting pumped up with big titles. She mostly took a theme from the Old Testament Threshing floor, Ark of the Covenant & ran with it till she gathered a following for a major money raising Conference. She frequently compared her so-call Prophets mantle with real Old Testament Prophets. Some Christians that I met just loved her. They got upset at me for asking how did she get that title Prophetess & classification as gifted in the Office of a Prophet. No one could tell me exactly what her prophecies were. I don’t recall her having prophecies on specific to say about major worldwide events and disasters. At the most she could have had the word of knowledge a time or two.
Someone I know sent her $1,000 with a promise of a breakthrough in 20 days. This person barely had enough money for rent but sent in 1,000 and had nothing but ongoing problems & setbacks that whole year long. There were poor families with in the Church she could have helped but sends in money to this (at the time), rich false Prophet. No blessing came but only a curse! I kept my mouth shut for the sake of peace when I really wanted to say what happened to the blessing you were promised. Some Juanita Bynum supporters last I heard are still waiting for the promised reaping from all of the money seeds that have sown.
Let experience be their best teacher. Many people will not learn by just verbal warnings.

  58. too true, youre right. By agreeing with those who push open rebellion to God’s word, Bynum is a witch practicing witchcraft. She has never been a prophetess of God. She was/is an opportunist who loved money more than God. Now, its plain for all to see.

  59. tammy all i can say is tht much prayer is needed god said in the last days that men will be blined by what the enamy is trying to do.
