Could anything be more ludicrous than a group of sexual outlaws getting together and declaring themselves holy? Well you haven’t seen anything yet. There’ll be plenty of tambourine beating, organ playin, sangin, shouting, dancing and speaking in tongues going on at the United Progressive Pentecostal Church Fellowship’s “holy” convocation where they will be expanding their kingdom.
Well, welcome to 2010 and the brave new church without God. Or Christ. Or the Holy Spirit. But lots of pentecostalism.
I was sent this flyer below by an individual on the UPPC’s listserv about their upcoming meeting. I noted that it included the usual gaggle of false prophets and court jesters gospel music minstrels. There are a couple of newly minted false prophets in the mix. Added to the lineup this year: Hezekiah Walker’s ex-wife Evangelist Monique Walker [TBN video]. Ex-wife Walker has been trending gay church every since she and the now Bishop Walker were divorced after accusations of homosexuality surfaced about the ex-husband Walker. Walker was in Atlanta at one point to “preach” at the “85% gay” (the pastors words to CNN) Tabernacle Baptist Church.
The bigger impact of events like this actually come through the transference of spirits. Its the people who fellowship with homosexual churches and then track those same spirits back into other churches who are not aware of their associations. But then again in the new Godless, Christless, Holy Spirit-less church of today, who cares about people committing sexual sin? That’s Old Testament stuff that’s now scientifically out of date not to mention misinterpreted religious legalism /sarcasm off/.

OC Allen uses the OT when its convenient..he says that we arent disciples of Leviticus…then turns around and uses the same Leviticus to get people to pay tithes…i believe that it’s “love” that has these gospel music workers and prophets running to these churches…the love of money that is….

Because they have no doctrinal grounding and no training by God nor any accountability to some church, they are easy prey for the spirit of error…The fact that this church is gay-friendly, I’m sure Mrs. Monique Walker either doesn’t know or doesn’t care (due to lack of spiritual discernment or need of money)…all very sad

I also agree with your sentiments surrounding what I see is poisioning of the church with the transference of spirits to the undiscerning when and as these people travel to these venues. Church poeple, for the most part, are not interested in the spiritual condition of the people they place on pedistals; only that they are flush in worldly wealth and influence.

Elder Foster, you make a good point about the “cherry picking” habits of these people. I notice that they like to find fault with Lev. 18:22 speaking against homosexuality, usually saying it’s been mistranslated by most translators over the centuries, or it just doesnt apply to our time today.
But in that same chapter it also speaks against incest (verses 9,12,13,18 et al),adultery (verse 20) and bestiality (verse 23). Strange that their theologians dont see any mistranslation/lack-of-applicability with the verses that deal with those OTHER sexual sins… but only the ones that deal with the sexual sin that they dont want to let go of. How convenient for them, I suppose.
I’m reminded of Proverbs 16:25 (“There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof is the ways of death.”) It’s so sad to see a group of so called “believers” commit slow-motion spiritual suicide right before our eyes.

A prophet holding a revival running offer lines promising blessings, self-center carnal prophecies they will run to that in a minute. When comes to sound doctrine people don’t want endure that or the mention of holiness. We do have God given true psalmist and prophets out there, however the false is promoted more than the true.
This unholy convocation is offering up strange fire(Leviticus 10:1-2).

Saints read all of Exodus 32! Exodus 32 speaks loud and clear to these heretics in UPPC and Fellowship Tabernacle, and these gospel singers like Monique Walkers’ and the Tonexs’ in this very hour with their false convocations. In Exodus 32 the heretics were convinced they were worshipping Yahweh/Jehovah when they made the molten image. It was total false worship. Now what is so disturbing is that Aaron(a pastor) gave in to these heretics. That let’s us know that Pastors must be uncompromising and unmoveable and NOT swayed by the will of man/people/carnality/flesh.

(10) Now therefore let me alone, that my wrath may wax hot against them, and that I may consume them: and I will make of thee a great nation….The ALMIGHTY GOD is so angry with them, that HE could destroy these heretics/inclusionists anytime HE pleases. Why is it not happening? It is because of the intercession and prayers of Moses(JESUS) and the true Church of the living GOD is WHY many have not been consumed! Do you see the heresy gospel singers in Verse 18…the SINGING and all the DANCING and worshipping in Verse 19? This lets us know from the word of GOD, to be watchful over who sings and praises in our churches. Amen.

Speaking of unholy convocations, I happened to come across this one via Streaming Faith. Although this entity is known more for its greedy gospel, many of the participants (singers & preachers) have been involved in less than holy behavior themselves in the not too distant past. It’s based in South Jersey (across the river from Philly), at a time that the state is nearly bankrupt, and having made headlines across the country when the new governor is making historic and unprecedented cuts in its spending and operation.

If these pastors are really concerned about keeping false teachers and false gospel singers out of their pulpits and away from influencing their congregations, they should have a local vetting process. These days people like the ones getting the gay church money to perform for them will go right into other churches and act as if they invented the Holy Ghost. Much deception going on. Real shepherds will watch and protect the sheep. Hirelings will invite these demons in because they want the cash and image boost.

Let us breakdown the Word in it’s proper context about judging.
1. You refer to judging other Christians. Are you referring to Matthew 7:1-5? If you are reffering to those verses of scriptures, Jesus is saying that a believer must first submit to the righteousness of God before he or she examines the conduct of another quote on quote believer. Were not to get into superficial or unjust criticism of another believer. Secondly, in Matthew 7:15 he commands that we identify false ministers. Is Matthew 7:15 judging? Is it wrong to judge convocation that doesn’t line up with the Word of God?
2. Paul states in 1 Corinthians 5:11-12, ” But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or extortioner, with such an one no not to eat. For what we have I to do to judge them without? do not ye judge them that are within?” Paul is clearly stating that the church must judge members according to the Word of God and it’s standards of holiness when it comes serious sin and immorality.
3. When immorality is allowed in the Church it has domino affect leading other Christians astray. Revelation 2:20-23.
4. We know people by their fruit(Matthew 7:20). Do these people exhibit the work of the flesh (Gal. 5:19-21)? Are do they exhibit the “fruit of the Spirit(Gal. 5:22-23)?
5. Should we believe every person that profess Christ? 1 John 4:1 says, ” Beloved, Believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: many false prophets gone out into the world.
What Gcmwatch represents in this article and the blog is 1 John 4:6 which says, We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.” So Elder do you hear what Gcmwatch is saying?
Saints, it’s time for those of us that know how to catch onto the horns of the alter to fast and pray. We knew this day was coming!

The Word of God tells us not to let ‘anyone’ deceive YOU! Read the 18th chapter of Leviticus where it speak about same sex relations. BOTH are an abomination to GOD and they BOTH are going to HELL! Lady D, you are so right. There are definitely two kingdoms. One the kingdom of darkness with the vanquished satan at its head and the other the kingdom of our victorious God. And based on the nature of this meeting and its adherents, God’s kingdom is most definitely NOT being expanded. That only leaves one other possibility.

I read that article, and all I can say is “Wow”! Frankly, I expected better from Bishop Figueroa. However, time and time again I find myself disappointed with various leaders in Christendom who fail (or refuse) to take a strong biblical stand against this spirit of error that’s trying to infiltrate the church. It seems like in the end only a remnant will continue to stand strong against it.

Observer, it is so sad and VERY sobering. There is a definate falling away and all the more reason to stay focused on Christ. Find a church that teaches the whole counsel of God even if 5 people attend so we can remain grounded in Christ!

I was at that service in Brooklyn where Pastor Tonex Preached. He preached at Biship Figurio (probally spelled wrong) church “New Life”….it was a Monday night..he is also going to be preaching at a Church of God in Christ in Brooklyn as well…I think Insitutional (probally spelled wrong) Church of God in Christ…I will def be there….
The service at New Life was awesome…Tonex preached “Less is More”..preached about Gideans army being reduced…it was a powerful message..from an anointed man of God. I also heard him preach at my church Rehobeth Temple in Harlem….”The Dance of the Black Sheep”.what a powerful apostolic anointed service.

i looked into the statement of faith of uppcf churches and they do accept all sexual orientations. its sad that monique walker, an evangelist and gospel singer would accept this speaking engagement. the website of uppcf was dressed up colorful and professionally, these false prophet pastors know how to make their churches look legit. thanks again Pastor Foster for undressing the wolf in sheep clothing, this is end times kingdom work you are doing.

“Do we got good religion…..oh certainly Lord!” These words ring self-righteously throughout many congregations. Maybe some can sing it better than others. Some can sound like angels (dressed in wolves clothing). The real question however: Are We Saved? Forget religiosity…
Have we now eyes that cannot see? Ears that cannot hear. Thank God for the remnant of people who are taking a stand for the sake of the gospel. Salvation must be taken seriously enough to continue in the walk of Christ. As we knew holiness then, we must know it now! The whole truth is the only way to true holiness. And, any other way is the road that leadeth to destruction. There is nothing “gay” about any ungodly movement! Happy is He that keeps the laws of God.

I guess what really gets me is that, having almost been (an I honestly mean almost)de-sensatised to the possibility of gays being christian (thank God for his word and the spirit of truth), my thing is: why cant people who feel this way, create thier own religion, bible and doctrine, and not twist or change another? Its clear they disagree with a major portion of it, soo..why not be creative and start your own?
I dont know of a gay muslim, do you?, but I do know that they dont tolerate anyone perverting thier belief as it would be an insult to thier god.
So why do christians tolerate it?…I mean REAL christians? and if we are going to, then we would have to openly accept all the adulterers, fornicators, liers, murdereres, pedophiles, etc. and openly declare that thier sin is a breakdown in how they were made, its not thier fault, but God loves them and understands?

I’m not shocked by none of this. We are living in the last days and the bible declares that Judgememnt will begin in this house of God. This false church and it’s false preacher is the first of many that shall be revealed. Many gospel singers and preachers today don.t care about the truth of the bible only the MONEY. They are using there gift of preaching and singing for self gain (ONLY). Tonex is a confessed homosexual why would anyone have him preach to them unless its for money or it’s a Kindred spirit.Any church that would have him preach I’m sure they carry the same spirit in there church just as this hell bound convocation. Evang. Monique Walker fan base is mostly GAY that’s the reason she might have agreed to preach for them but she is WRONG for this. because I actually like Evang Monique Walker but if true SIN is the connection with this unholy convocation.
