Patti Labelle’s black church pimp partnership

“But I have this against you, that you let the woman Jezebel say she is a prophet [claiming to be inspired] and give false teaching, making my servants go after the desires of the flesh and take food offered to false gods.” Rev 2:20

Permit us to introduce Saint Patti of Philadelphia. She is the new patron saint of black churches headed by mammon loving pimps or pimps-in-training.

With her crassness (linguistical and sexual) Labelle  is both intimidating and alluring  to these leaders  just like the false prophetess, Jezebel spirit she personifies. Something attracts them to her,  while exposing their own ungodly motivations.

You may well remember when Labelle did her “gospel” tour of weakly written, spiritually luke warm tunes.  It was called the “Gospel According to Patti Labelle”. That alone would have been enough for any self-respecting man/woman of God to deny Labelle use of his or her church to mock God. But for some, money, fame, celebrity connections and media limelight mean much more than calling people to repentance and reconciliation with God.

So duly intoxicated by the money and recognition, the following black churches lined up to get her into their sancturaries because her name brings money.

  • Potters House, Oct.7 Dallas, TX
  • St. Agnes, Oct. 13 Houston, TX
  • West Angeles COGIC, Oct. 27  Los Angeles, CA
  • House of Hope, Oct. 28 Chicago, IL
  • Deliverance Evangelist Church, Nov. 10 Philadelphia, PA
  • Christian Cultural Center, Nov. 17  Brooklyn, NY (very surprised at this!)
  • Greater Grace, Dec. 1 Detroit, MI
  • Jerico City of Praise, Dec. 2  Landover, MD
  • New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, Dec. 6 Atlanta, GA
  • Faithful Central Bible Church (The Forum) Dec 16, Los Angeles, CA
  • The real reason for Labelle’s black church,  faux gospel tour wasn’t Jesus at all, it was to sell cars. Chrysler Aspens to be exact. It was a lucrative sheeple pimpin’ game for both Labelle and the black churches hosting her sickening form of religion.

“Patti LaBelle is an international superstar with a unique style that transcends traditional boundaries, much like the Chrysler brand,” said Chrysler Marketing exec David Rooney, the sponsor of the tour. “That’s why this partnership is so appealing and mutually beneficial. We have the opportunity to introduce the all-new Chrysler Aspen to a very important and influential audience and, at the same time, help support a cause that is very important to both Chrysler and Ms. LaBelle.”

What kind of “cause” could be “very important” but yet undefined? Since they refrained, I will opine that it is the promotion of homosexuality and sexual immorality in the church. That’s right, the false prophetess needed to get inside the church so that she could spew her blasphemy right from center stage with the blessing of the deceived pastor.

A gay writer interviewed Labelle in the latest Advocate magazine and she had this to say about why homosexual men in particular are so devoted to her:

“I guess because they see no prejudice in me and no judgment. I don’t judge you because you love who you love. I don’t judge because of the color that you are. I don’t judge anything. I’m very honest with gay people. I’m very honest with calling you out and saying come up to the front of the stage and let the audience know that you’re gay. You’re breathing and you’re just like them. The only thing that you have is a different sexual orientation. “

Not only did the churches listed above help the false prophetess in her “special cause”, but black gospel artists from the black gospel music industry got in on the act. Labelle said her friends  like Mary-Mary, Yolanda Adams, CeCe Winans, Soul Seekers, Jay Moss would be granted special privleges to join her onstage and sing.

Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. Therefore do not be partakers with them. For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth), finding out what is acceptable to the Lord. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. For it is shameful even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret. But all things that are exposed are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest is light.” Ephesians 5:6-13

Do these “gospel artists” think scripture is not applicable to them because they have limelight status?  Why would any Bible-believing Christian want to sing and partner with a person with such deadly views? Patti has deadly views you ask? Yes, Saint Patti. In the same interview, Labelle was asked what she thought of transgenders (men or women who have had the sexual organs surgically  altered and pretend to be the opposite sex).  Labelle’s answer was an astonishing mix of ignorance and church hate:

“That’s the way they were born — people put them through hell! This is the body that they were born in. They want to get changed into a woman because that’s who they feel they are. If they can afford it — do you think I’m going to read them? Get on their case? My God, people put too much worry and emphasis on things that they should not be. Try to worry and figure out world peace, not the piece that the person has on them! I’m sick of people! I am, you can say that too…judging. Everybody’s got to judge. “

Another gay writer asked her “Do you have any personal conflicts with your strong ties to the church and your strong to ties the gay community?”

That should make no difference. If the church has a problem with that, the church needs to go and see Jesus! The church needs to go and have themselves examined if they’re going to judge somebody who is gay. If you’re going to put them out because of that, then you need to research and find out what’s wrong with the church. That’s awful.

We can only guess that the churches above don’t think that homosexuality is a sin. If they did, would they knowingly invite and promote Patti Labelle’s blasphemy?  But alas, they did. Labelle, isnt demure at all about what she believes. Asked if she thought being gay is a sin, she retorted:

I know being gay is not a sin! If I woke up tomorrow being gay, do you think I’d think I was a sinner? Heck, no!

Please don’t complain about us kicking sacred cows or popular false prophetesses and their abetters. The church is in a downward spiral. If we don’t speak out and expose this filth, God will surely hold us accountable.
